Many believers have sat in good churches for decades and can articulate the Gospel clearly. But faith occupies one compartment while work, leadership, and daily life run by their own logic. The Gospel has been received. It has not yet reached the parking lot, the kitchen table, the Tuesday afternoon.
The person Dromos is built for is engaged across many spheres: home, work, church, civic life. Each sphere runs by its own logic rather than a unified sense of who they are and what they are for. They are hungry. They have not found the structure where the formation they sense they need becomes possible.
Dromos identifies believers with native credibility in specific cultural environments, forms them across the whole of life, and sends them back to steward the influence they already carry. The name comes from Acts 20:24, the Greek word for race or course:
Dromos operates where formed leaders already have credibility and influence:
Dromos is embedded in a proven cross sector leadership ecosystem. Through partnership with The Joseph Company (St. Joseph, Missouri) and the 3D Institute, Dromos serves as the formation depth of a movement activating leaders across arts, athletics, business, education, government, healthcare, and nonprofit.
The 3D Coaching framework, cofounded by Wes Simmons and Dr. Jeff Duke, develops leaders through Skill, Psychology, and Heart. Only 15% of coaches ever reach the third dimension. Dromos is what waits on the other side of that door: across the whole of life, gospel-centered discipleship for leaders who have been opened to it.
Dromos is in its founding stage, philosophy established, mission clear, environments defined, and incorporated as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. We are now building toward a founding board, a first consulting engagement, and a first discipleship cohort.
Your partnership at this stage is generative. It funds the infrastructure of formation, the cohorts, the coaching, the community, and positions Dromos to multiply impact through every leader it sends.
